The name, TruAssist reflects our guiding principles. Our company is centred on providing a ‘true’ aspect of ‘assisting’ for NDIS participants requiring support and assistance. We aim to model our service to live up to the name by ‘truly assisting’ our participants.
We are a Melbourne based NDIS Provider operating within Victoria. TruAssist is Australian owned and operated.
At TruAssist, we believe that ‘we can always do more’. Therefore, TruAssist is the brainchild of Mental Health Nurses, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, Therapeutic Practitioners, Behavioural Support Practitioners, Counsellors and NDIS Disability Support workers who have decades of professional experience in Nursing, Social Work, Mental Health (including Forensic and Youth Justice), Social Care and Disability Support Services. We aim to use these combined knowledge in providing empathetic care and support to our NDIS participants.
